I realize that being in this business since 1998 doesn't mean too much these days. Nor coming with too many memories from that wild period.
I have a fine arts degree, I worked on masterpieces restoration, I worked for magazines and I settled for graphic design and art direction in a couple of advertising agencies. I won some prizes with the teams there. I laughed a lot with them and I mean a l-o-t. Does anyone remember the Skittles commercials? I learned and I grew with every project I worked on, because projects hardly repeated. This is my bread and butter ever since.
I work as a freelancer now, focusing on branding and illustration projects. I love details, subtelties, I like to come up with ideas that I don’t find references for, I like clients with guts and I’m lucky with quite a few.
I aim to keep a high level idea and execution, while also creating bold and distinctive work for my clients. I genuinely care for what I deliver. And they can tell.
