In 2016 Regina Maria Health Network asked for a new signage system to unify all the clinics and laboratories. They asked for a new style, clean and minimal and also to include a reference about the Queen Mary of Romania and her fondness about her Romanian identity. The traditional pattern in the background was inspired by the Queen's Romanian blouses.
The signage developed as the network continued to open new clinics, adding info maps, icons and directional signs along the corridors.
